The world of international Allied Health is about to become more accessible and connectable than ever before and we are pleased to introduce you to the newly established International Council of Allied Health Leaders- don't let the conventional title mislead you into thinking that we are all about dull committees - far from it! We want to coproduce this new and dynamic 'virtual' organisation with you - the current and future leaders of Allied Health together with our partners and the people we serve. We are hugely excited by the opportunities the technology offers to hold events, webinars, podcasts and master classes etc and we are already working with international partners to explore scholarship and exchange opportunities.
ICAHL is a positively inclusive organisation which welcomes individual and organisational members, strategic partners and allies who have an interest in Allied Health initiatives and developments in policy, practice, education, regulation, leadership, workforce development, research and improvement science. Our overarching goal is to support Allied Health Leaders in contributing to the global health agenda, demonstrate and be visible around their contribution to health system strengthening and sustainability.
We care passionately about making life better for the people and communities we serve and developing success strategies that advance population health and optimise pathways and outcomes. We seek ways to support you in contributing at pace to the evolving agenda around affordable and sustainable solutions - particularly around prevention early intervention and multi-disciplinary team working which can strengthen diagnostics, therapeutics and rehabilitation services.
